Lifting us higher and higher – at the Old Spot

We were ready to rock again on 26th July following the party the night before. The crowd at the Old Spot in Dursley were ready too and were dancing on the tables a few songs in. OK, so our horn player Marcus may have led them on a bit waving his maracas!

We were playing more 90s stuff like Jamiroquai, Kylie and Simply Red, and we were lucky to have our dep drummer Andy who kept the groove going and gave us all space to experiment a bit. There were some awesome moments with Tony-di-basso and David on guitar locked-in. Sophie was leading with amazing vocals and dance moves as always.
